Tony Le is committed to fitness through self-improvement, a process that leads to results for himself and his clients. He completed the Los Angeles Marathon and passes on his fortitude as a Spartan SGX coach and U.S. Olympic silver-level certified trainer. As a trainer, Tony says he is merely the guide that provides knowledge and motivation; it’s the will of the client that determines the outcome.

Matt Paparella

attacks each day with purpose – sings and plays the tenor saxophone – disciplined, passionate & consistent – laughs at dad jokes – Jamaican curry goat and fried dumplings fan

Matt Paparella believes discipline is what transcends fitness, enabling you to have the body and the life you wish to have. He focuses on the fundamentals, which are empirically effective, rather than “trendy” new diets and workouts. He moves his clients through phases using the progressive overload approach (“linear periodization”) because the body needs to constantly be given more challenges if you want to see results!

What’s your inspiration?
“I spent most of my life playing sports and caring about fitness; however, when my wife was pregnant, I became overweight and fell into an unhealthy lifestyle. I finally said enough was enough and decided to return to fitness. I found a trainer, and with his help I was able to lose 40 pounds and get back to living life the way I did when I was an athlete. The entire process changed my life so much that it inspired me to become a trainer and help others be the best they can be – in the gym and in life!”
