Tony Le is committed to fitness through self-improvement, a process that leads to results for himself and his clients. He completed the Los Angeles Marathon and passes on his fortitude as a Spartan SGX coach and U.S. Olympic
silver-level certified trainer. He believes it takes more than motivation – it requires discipline to achieve your goals, and if you push through the hardest days the other days become that much easier. By connecting with his clients and creating a customized plan, Tony believes they can sustain the motivation they need to meet their goals. As a trainer, Tony says he is merely the guide that provides knowledge and motivation; it’s the will of the client that determines the outcome.

Elizabeth Hernandez is passionate about helping people tap into their strength and confidence through movement. Growing up playing sports and studying musical theater, she was always active, but it wasn’t until she discovered weight training and focused muscle work that everything clicked. As she began to see and feel the results, fitness shifted from being about appearance to becoming a powerful tool for building strength, resilience, and confidence.

Elizabeth brings an upbeat, encouraging energy to every session. She believes real progress happens when people find movement they genuinely enjoy and feel empowered doing it. Her goal is to help every client walk out of the gym feeling stronger than when they walked in—physically and mentally.

Why do you teach and how do you help people?
“I love helping people find their inner strength. When people start to realize what they’re capable of, a confidence shows up that they didn’t know they had before. Training isn’t just about what happens in the gym—it’s about learning to take care of yourself so you can keep showing up and doing the work. I meet people where they are and help them build from there. If someone enjoys a certain style of movement, we lean into it and grow from it, because when workouts feel good, people stick with them.”
